Healing Lives and Building Wealth

As the calendar turns, we have an opportunity for reflection, growth, and transformation. As healthcare professionals we've dedicated our lives to healing others, but we’re not always great at healing our own financial narrative.
I have been an occupational therapist for 35 years, so I understand the challenges of for-profit healthcare and climbing productivity expectations. Student loan debt, housing costs, and inflation make it hard to get ahead. In addition, every shift, every client, every moment of compassionate care comes with an often unacknowledged emotional cost that leaves us wondering how long we can sustain.
I was totally burned out in the profession I loved and didn’t see a way out until I learned about multifamily syndication. I learned how I could turn my poorly performing retirement fund into a self-directed IRA (SDIRA), pool this money with a team of experienced investors, and purchase large apartment buildings that generate returns higher than I was getting with my 401(k). I also learned about the great tax benefits of owning a large commercial building.
For me, it was a game changer. I finally saw a way to have passive income and fund my retirement while still making a meaningful difference as an OT. I started Moore Money Capital to help other healthcare providers learn about multifamily investing and to connect healthcare providers with others who are actively purchasing properties.
If you have ever wondered about multifamily investing, or if you’re worried about your finances, I would be happy to speak with you about what I’ve learned. To request a zoom meeting link for our next information session, reach out at. MooreMoneyCapital@gmail.com
Here’s to a year of balance, joy, and love.
