MEET THE TEAM

Michelle Moore

Michelle Moore is an occupational therapist and educator.  After 20 years in healthcare, Michelle found herself emotionally and financially exhausted—widowed, raising teenage children alone, and facing the hard truth that simply trading time for money would never build true wealth or provide long-term security.

Determined to find a better way, she discovered the power of life insurance, annuities, and multifamily real estate syndications as tools for wealth building and creating a legacy.

Michelle's passionate about helping others, especially hardworking professionals, teachers, caregivers, and families, protect what matters most and create the financial future they deserve.

Michelle brings the heart of a teacher to every conversation. She takes time to understand your goals, explains your options in clear terms, and helps you build a strategy that feels right for your life. Whether you’re looking to protect your family with life insurance, roll over an old 401(k) to better prepare for retirement, or explore alternative investment opportunities, Michelle is here to help you take confident steps toward financial freedom.

Kevin Pace

I know firsthand how quickly life can change.

I bought my first duplex at 18 and discovered the power of real estate when I realized I could live rent-free and build equity at the same time. That experience lit a fire in me, and I went on to grow a portfolio of rental properties and build a multi-million-dollar roofing company in Colorado.

But life had other plans.

At 24, I was diagnosed with leukemia and had to undergo a bone marrow transplant. At 34, I suffered a stroke that changed everything—leading to the loss of my company and millions in investment properties. In 2023, I survived a life-threatening burn accident. I've had more than my share of setbacks, but I’ve never let them define me.

Instead, I rebuilt with the help and blessings of multifamily investing. It gave me the stability and growth potential I needed to take back control of my life.
